New single 'Cutbacks' available now! #UpTheSymphony” – Suburban Symphony

Suburban Symphony are an Alternative/Indie band from North West England that formed in 2014. The band released their debut single “Stepping Stones” in August 2017, followed by their debut self-titled album which is available to buy and stream on all major digital outlets. The band promoted these releases by supporting acts such as The Feeling, From The Jam, The Kaiser Chiefs, The Cribs, Big Country, Space and many other established acts throughout the UK. Suburban Symphony continue to release a sound that bridges the Britpop era with a modern Alternative/Indie twist; coloured with melancholy vocal melodies, three part harmonies and instantly catchy guitar work and rhythms.

NEW (WELL, OLD) NEVER SEEN MUSIC VIDEO!!

You may remember 3 years ago, we put out a call for girls/ladies to turn up to JR Fitness on a Sunday to be part of what was to be our debut music video for 'Hard Girls'. We had a top day filming the video and a lot of effort went in to it. However, on reflection we realised we didn't want to release it as our debut single and released 'Stepping Stones' instead.

We've thought lately it wouldn't do any harm to put the video out there and here it is 🙂

Big thanks to Joe Riding at JR Fitness for letting us use his gym for the day, to Jason Marshall at I am eye music and video productions for storyboarding/filming/editing the video; and to all the girls/ladies (and men) who gave up their time to make this happen. There's definitely less facial hair and longer heads of hair going on as far as the band is concerned, but we hope you like it and this song can be heard on our debut self-titled album if you don't already have it (available to buy/stream on all digital retailers).

We're releasing 2 new singles before the year is out, so keep your eyes and ears peeled and thanks for the continued support!

X
